Lyons Travel is a family-run transport service offering pre-booked journeys including but not limited to airport transfers, school runs, and private hire.
2. Bookings
All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance unless otherwise agreed.
A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation via email or text.
3. Payments
Payment terms will be agreed upon during booking.
We accept cash or bank transfer.
4. Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please give as much notice as possible.
A 25% deposit is required upon booking to secure your journey.
This deposit is non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made.
5. Delays
We aim to be punctual at all times. However, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. traffic, weather).
6. Passenger Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse transport if a passenger’s behavior puts the driver or others at risk.

8. Liability
